SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- All orders received will be processed and shipped with in 3-5 business days.

- Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- If there is a delay with your shipment we will notify you via email.

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

- Please Note: Once orders have left Strutinboutique warehouse the package is in the care of the postal handlers. Costumer is required to submit a claim directly with the carrier and follow their guideline. USPS and FEDEX recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost after 14 days please call the customer service team of the carrier.

-Please Note: Items received damaged will be replaced, but not refunded (please upload pictures of items received ,and packaging slip. Email the to [email protected]) we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Invalid Address Policy:

 

Our customers will receive a courtesy email notification in the event that the carrier has deemed the recipient address to be invalid. Please note that if no response is given within 48 hours following the second attempt to contact the recipient, the parcel will be shipped out to the address given on file. 

  •  Please ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in ‘Address Line 2’. 
  • If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order.
  •  no refunds or exchanges will be granted. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products.
